Affiliate Terms

These terms govern the ValConAI affiliate programme. They apply once you are approved as an affiliate.

1. Commission

You earn 10% of the net credit purchases made by the accounts you refer. Net means excluding tax and excluding refunds. Commission accrues while the programme operates and while you remain an approved affiliate.

2. Changes to the programme

We may modify the programme, including the commission rate, or close it, on 30 days' notice. Commission already accrued up to the termination date is honoured.

3. Clawback

If a referred purchase is refunded or charged back, the related commission is clawed back.

4. Self-referral

Self-referral is void. You do not earn commission on purchases by an account you own or are a member of.

5. Payment

Commission is paid monthly in arrears once your balance reaches the $50 minimum. A balance below the minimum rolls forward to the next month.

6. Independent status

You act as an independent promoter. Nothing here creates an agency, partnership or employment relationship, and you have no authority to bind ValConAI.

7. How you may promote

You may not spam, bid on our brand terms, or make misleading claims. Breach of these conduct rules forfeits accrued commission.

8. Attribution

Referrals are attributed through a 90 day cookie. We may assign attribution manually at our discretion, and any dispute over attribution is decided by ValConAI.
